I understand that we all have different financial situations we're dealing with, which is why I offer:‣ A 20% discount for the first month trial of the General Management & Assistance and YouTube Management packages.
‣ A 10% discount if paying through Zelle (except in the Shorts Package).

Invoices are due at the end of each month except our very first invoice for our first month working together, which will be due up to 5 business days after being sent.
Work will start once the invoice is paid.
Failure to pay may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services.
Payment is non-refundable once work has started.
Additional hours for the same month will be discussed in advance and billed at the same rate.
The monthly rate is applicable regardless of the number of hours used during any month. If, however, the full amount of time paid for is not used, the client may rollover up to 5 hours, which may be used within 30 days.
General Management & Assistance and YouTube Management Services must be booked at a minimum of 10 hours per month unless stated otherwise.
The client will be required to sign a contract and confidentiality agreement with all previously agreed upon terms prior to starting work.
